At first, My credit card (call it visa-A) was disapprove by the payment of Google Japan.
Then, I put second credit card (call it visa-B) but it couldn’t use. (I don’t know correctly)
I called the company visa-A at first and it solved immediately.
(Then I forgot to remove payment information about visa-B. It still on as sub credit card.)
*I deleted visa-B at Jan.22 2022.

After that, MCC-A was working well and Google Support team called me to support my account.
And, She (Google Support) suggested to use AI (AR?). so, I paid around 1500 USD (150000yen) so far.

MCC-A is pure simple affiliate website of manuka-honey.
I know about Google’s Health policy is very strict. I don’t use any strong words on it.

I started this at AM 3:00.
This evening, I recognized MCC-B and MCC-A both stopped.

Then, I didn’t care about the payment information because I’m using MCC.

( I called my credit card company because I had the same experience on MCC-A.
But, they tell me that your card is still Active.
Correctly, I don’t know that Google tried to use visa-A then.
Card company always say that at first and
I didn’t get any email of such a credit card issue from google.)

MCC-B got only 3 clicks.

MCC-B is pure simple affiliate website of supplement of LDL cholesterol care.
I know about Google’s Health policy is very strict. I don’t use any strong words on it.

MCC-B with visa-A had scheduled to withdraw this day
about 3 clicks even less 1 USD (98yen).
But, it didn’t occur. (MCC-A used visa-A at Jan.1 2022 ?)

Technically, I made 1 more account in this MCC.
It was my mistake at first. There is nothing. It has only account name.
I tried to delete this account but it couldn’t delete completely.

OLD-one is not an Affiliate. This is my product (English textbook for Japanese).

I got some warning about policy issue and I put a lot of “Disclaimer” in my website.
I did that with Google Support on the phone step by step.
So, I think that was “normal behavior”.

I’m not do close or cancel this account.
I did just stop to use because my product didn’t sell.

I paid totally around 2500 USD (250000yen) for OLD-one.

1. Google gave me an email at 16:37 ” your account ( MCC-B ) has suspended ”
2. I sent Request 01 ” I don’t know why my accounts are suspended ”
3. They replied me soon ” We can’t reactive due to suspicious payment detected ”

I found that inside MCC-B ‘s payment cards had switched,
visa-B became main card and visa-A gone sub !?
I don’t know why but Google system did that.

1. Google Support replied me ” Sorry we are different section ”
and gave me another support link.
2. I sent message to the link ” I want to call on the phone ”
3. I talked to them and ask ” It might use visa-B? ”
4. But He said the same ” We are different section, Sorry about that ”
and add ” It might go to U.S. directly….”
5. I sent Request 03 with ” It might use visa-B? I saw these cards are switched ”
6. They replied me in 1hour ” wait 3 – 5 business day ”

Therefor, I watched your YouTube.
Of course I found scary Google support forum about it.

and, I changed my attitude from passive to active.

1. I sent Request 05 with kind of ” summary of description ”
especially ” I have an another Google Ads account it uses the same billing information “
and attached 1 image about visa-A and visa-B with these inter face on phone.

I deleted visa-B on MCC-B MCC-A and I mentioned it.

2. I have an another Google Ads account it uses the same billing information.

3. Possibility of Unauthorized access
It means : I’m using online bookmark that ” bookmarkee.com ” and
I couldn’t add Google Ads on the system. It is very rare, it only Google Ads.
Technically, I can add the URL Google Ads but it does not work.
So, it means Bookmarkee.com has problem with Google Ads I think.
I mentioned that I accessed through Bookmarkee.com a few times but it’s me.

4. I add some policy issue on my website, products or advertising text.
But, now I don’t think about products or text because I don’t get any notice about policy issue.
I know that many users are get multiple notice. But, I get only ” suspicious payment “.

Google Ads first reply from Dec.30 2021.
” We can’t reactive your account due to suspicious payment detected ”
( Google in Japanese never put their name on it but I know it’s Elizabeth. Right? )

But it was Day 4 from Request 05. I got some kind of HOPE from it.

I sent request 06 add new image about detail of visa-A and
My bank account’s detail it about visa-A.
And, picture of My bank card and My drivers license (name and address).


And, add 3 small things:
1, I changed My name in Japanese letter to English (esp. it on my credit card)

2, It about request form / Before, I checked on “My account is MCC “.
Now Request 06, I checked on ” I have multiple account not MCC “.

3, I deleted visa-A from OLD-one (OLD-one has no credit card now)
